I just noticed your 2nd meal doesn't have much protein content, you may want to throw in some whey.

    Thanks guys!

That is true... I might throw in a scoop of Ultra Peptide 2.0. I'm still trying to figure out this whole nutrition thing! I was only thinking about the high GI carbs first thing in the morning and post-wokout... So gotta get some malto or dex. But protein at certain times is muy importante! Thanks for pointing it out!

Yup I made a log, keep in mind used it as part of my PCT from using Epidrol, So you will have to skip a few pages to get to where I start doing my PCT.

    Epic Pulse Cycle of Epidrol

On a side note I am about to run these two again, but with Anabolic Pump and with Activate Xtreme.

Oatmeal is a low GI carb though? Looking for fast digesting stuff for them time. But I should definitely do that for meal two!

All part of the plan my man. Made some changes to the programme that should see a small reduction in BF start to occur. The main cut doesn't start until mid October.

And it doesn't catch my shredded delts too... Maybe I'll take some pics at the gym where the lighting is better... Plus picture > video quality.

    Diet & Supplementation 8/11

Upon Waking: 1 cap IGF-2 (tapering up)

Meal One: 2 scoops Real Gains (50 minutes after IGF-2)

    2/3.5 (one full serving) = .57 of a serving

    Cals: 348.6

    P/C/F = 29.7/49.6/3.4g

Dietary Fiber: 2.85 g (oh yeah, goal is 25g of fiber a day)

    Meal Two: 1 packet cinnamon oats (4/33/2...160cals, 3g fiber), 1 TBSP PB (3.5/3.5/8...80 cals, 1g fiber), 1 scoop UP 2.0 (18/5/9...173 cals, 1g fiber)

    Cals: 413

    P/C/F = 25.5/41.5/19g

    Dietary Fiber: 5 g

Supps: 3 OT tabs, 1 NeoVar!

Meal Three: Burmese Noodle Soup with eggs, fish cakes, and chicken pieces

No idea on the macros for this LOL But I have a pick of it. Lots of carbs in it for sure!

    Pre-Workout:
    45 minutes pre-workout - 1 IGF-2 cap
    30 minutes pre-workout - 2 caps NeoVar and 1 scoop SP250

    Post-Workout:
    2 slices of bread (8/44/2g, 240 cals, 4g fiber)
    1.5 scoops UP2.0 in water (27/7.5/13.5g, 259.5 cals, 1.5g fiber)
    2 caps of NeoVar!

Meal Four: Burmese Noodle Soup with eggs, fish cakes, and chicken pieces and 3 tabs OT

    Same as meal three lol

Will update as day goes by... Seems to be under cals so far...

yep! It's my grandma's new room! She moved in cuz we need to take care of her now... Anyway, I locked the door just in case she would come in. Don't wanna give her a heart attack HAHA

It used to be my dad's room, but now he's moved into MINE! DOH. And he snores like crazy! But I'm a heavy sleeper... and with IGF-2, I'll be an even HEAVIER sleeper

She mainly speaks burmese. And I don't speak any... So I didn't know what to say when I finished and came out LOL

In other news... NeoVar smells good! Like this chinese candy that I used to eat all the time... Kinda like sweet strawberry-ish lol

Gee, I thought I was the only weirdo who enjoyed the smell of his supps!

PowerFull is my favourite, and Drive had quite a pleasant one too from memory.

Not yet. Gonna take it tonight I did one igf-2 in the morning. 1 pre-workout. and gonna do 2 before bed. I did take a nap in the afternoon and felt surprisingly refreshed after!

It's like this disc candy thing that's slightly crunchy and slighty chewy... I don't remember what it's called. There's like 10-15 discs in there and it tastes fruity lol

    But not like pocky

    8/11 workout, nutrition, and supplementation!

    2 caps of NeoVar!!

Meal Four: Burmese Noodle Soup with eggs, fish cakes, and chicken pieces and 3 tabs OT

    Same as meal three lol

Meal Five: UP2.0 in water (18/5/9, 173 cals, 1g fiber)

Before Bed: 2 caps of IGF-2

Barbell Bench Press SUPERSET with Barbell Rows
    BARx30/30
    95x15/15
    135x7/7
    155x7/7
    165x6+1 assisted/7
    95x12/12

Wow... These were amazing. I'm surprised I still had enough strength even though I've been out for a week. I was also sweating profusely during the whole workout! NeoVar = increased sweating? I liked that my body stayed warm throughout the whole workout though. I also like that my BB Bench and BB Rows are at around the same level of weights too

    Military Press SUPERSET with Pull-Ups
    Short Bar (25)x25/ (Lat-Pulldown) 84x20
    75x7/ (Pull-ups start now) BWx7
    95x7/BWx7
    115x5/BWx6+1 Cheat
    95x8/BWx5+2 Cheats

It's hard to do military presses at this gym because there is no military press rack! So I have to clean the bar up and sit down then press upward! I failed on the 115 once and finally got it up the second time. How those clean & press/jerk guys do it... I don't know! Pull-ups were a little weak... But it's ok... They'll come up for sure.

Dumbbell Flyes SUPERSET with Dumbbell Shrugs
    15'sx15/50'sx15
    20'sx7/75'sx7
    25'sx7/85'sx7
    30'sx7/90'sx7
    25'sx8/65'sx8

These felt good. Decided not to separate the flyes and shrugs as shown on the first post. Saves time and is a good superset.

SkullKrushers SUPERSET with Short Bar Curls
    25x15/15
    35x7/7
    45x7/7
    50x7/7

No warm down. Helped spot a buddy between sets. Negatives with 315!

HammerStrength Preacher Curls SUPERSET with Close-Grip Bench Press
    25x15/BARxone million.
    45x7/95x7
    45x7/115x7
    50x7/135x6+1 assisted

Also good. CGBP is nice. Gotta get my biceps stronger and bigger! I was extending my workout with this extra exercise because I came to the gym with my mom -_-

    Other Notes
5 minute walking on treadmill pre-workout. 8 minutes post-workout. Static stretching of upper body and lower body. Never go to the gym with my mom because she will make you late and wait -_-
