First off thanks to RPN for picking to run this wonderful health stack. I am a big fan of antioxidants!! So I am looking forward to hitting this all in one combo.
I have been very interested in this stack for some time now. I am going to be throwing in all sorts of different foods to see how my body responds with the . I know isn't geared towards acid reflux but since it helps with digestion it should help some with the acid reflux...I think.
I am 24 yrs old and I have been training for about 6 years. I had some injuries which turned me into becoming a lazy mofo.
Things I am looking for-
Recovery! I noticed when I used to take antioxidants around training time I recovered faster and better. When I don't, I don't better.
Bloodwork! I will be getting another sperm analysis to check on my boys. I will also get my LH levels checked to see if there are any increases hopefully from the .
Overall ! See if there are any reductions in bloating, cramping, acid reflux and other problems that I have been getting the past couple of years from certain types of foods. I will also be checking in on my bowel movements
- 1 cap in the morn, 1 pre workout and 1 postwork. I workout at night and then usually go to bed shortly after so this should work out nicely, if not I will take 1 cap right before bed instead of the morning.
- 2 caps daily for a few days and then 1 per day afterwards.
Purposely I will be adding McDonald's, Burger King and these wonderful processed foods in conjunction to my overall stellar diet

It'll be nice to see blood work. I sorta wish I had my cholesterol checked before I started, as this stack may have some positive impact on lipids as well.
Ok yesterday I down 3 NOX before bed(no workout) and took 2 gut health 1 around lunchtime and one about 10ish.
This is what I ate yesterday...first I must say I felt great all day, maybe all in my head I am not sure
Breakfast- 4 eggs, 1 cup of Oatmeal with berries and a glass of milk.
Snack- Peanut butter sandwich.
Baconator, 1 biggie fry and 2 99 cent nuggets.
* popped 1 GH afterwards.
Snack some more afterwards, chips, cereal and some yogurt.
Lasagna with extra cheese!! Alot of cheese!!! 4 pieces of Texas toast! 2 Mountain Dews.
* Popped 1 GH.
A little later more snacking Chips, another sandwhich and before bed 50g of Whey,casien and milk.
Things that I noticed. After lunch, when eating junk food I always feel bloated and run down. But not yesterday! It was kinda weird kinda like instant relief.
Bam!! starting getting some gas, nothing bad but more than usual. Bam I had a BM. I will not go into detail
Still feeling good I ate my dinner, again usually after eating the amount of cheese I do I usually feel bloated and nausea...but not this time. Again it was kinda like instant relief. A little later same thing, more gas and another BM.
I woke up this morning feeling light and refreshed. Also to be noted was no symptoms of GERD which is kinda strange given the amount of junk and soda I consumed.
So far so good
Quick question...how come you are getting a sperm analysis? Are you looking for the stack to increase #'s?

I just took 2 GH about 5 mintues ago after consuming a wonderful chicken breast and rice my wife cooked! She is great
So far today I have felt decent at best. My stomach has felt somewhat bloated since around lunchtime. Most likely due to the sodas I have been drinking. I know I know, things change tomorrow.
Hitting the weights tomorrow, but I manged to get in some swimming and muay thai heavy bag work in. Good Lord is was hot outside today and the sodas def hurt my workout.

Bloated feeling has been subsided, feeling of lightness in the stomach area again. I have been eating slightly more than usual too. Its kinda like my appetite has increased and I am not getting that stuff feeling after eating meals which is very nice.
Increase BM's! I normally have at least 1 a day but now increased to 2 a day.
I will be taking my NOX in a couple of hours before bedtime. I am looking forward to dosing it around my workouts and hopefully speed up my recovery....I need it bad HA!
