  6. Finally got to the grocery store tonight. After having my CC declined (damn whooores!) I had to go to an atm; finally got home with the goods.

    Starts tomorrow! Hopefully I can get my video camera figured out so I can stop using my built in web cam.

    No, I really want to in the nacho mask, though. I go to an 'upscale, snuffy, hot milf' club/gym so I'm pretty sure I'd get kicked out. I used to have to ask for special permission to deadlift there.

  14. I don't think you can edit mpeg-2's with VirtualDub. If the windows movie maker keeps giving you problems, you could try mpeg-2 plugin for VDub. Here's a link:

    Daily vids would just be too much I think. August is my month off between summer school and the fall semester, meaning I get up at about noon. By the time I work out, make and edit a video and upload it to youtube it would be 1am like yesterday. I just think everyday would be too difficult. Once a week for sure, and then maybe a couple more if something happens or I think of somethin funny.

  24. Felt like a dead animal covered in piss this morning until I took a huge deucer. Feel great now!

  25. Just got back from the gym. I worked out about 5 hours after I dosed so the stim effect was gone, but the invisible energy was not. Although I was 'tired' I still had to force myself to quit lifting. No notes on strength, but appetite supression is great; almost too good. I don't like having to force myself eat

    Another thing. The "sugar craving control" also seems to be doing a great job. As I mentioned in my latest video, the shred-matrix took longer than I expected to arrive at my door so I went off the anabolic diet for about 1.5 weeks and ate whatever I wanted. I developed some SERIOUS sugar dependency during that time. We're talking eating entire bars of chocolate and several handfulls of buttescotch morsels a night. Luckily I didn't gain any fat during that time. Since then, and shred matrix, I haven't craved any carbs or sugar. Happy camper over here.

    Anyways, just dosed again. I might add some more notes later.

    PS- I've decided I'm not going to be noting my weight, mainly because I don't care. It's about how I look, not my weight. I'll be able to tell, I think, if I lose or gain any muscle. I'll let you all be the judge of fat loss when this log comes to an end.
