  2. Loved the show about pregnancy. My wife avoided exercise during our first pregnancy in fear she would cause our child stress, even though I told her that it was ridiculous. After this show she is open to the idea and excited about working out during her second pregnancy.

    Carl, can you ask Dr. Forsythe is she would still exercise during a high risk pregnancy? My wife has an artificial mitral valve and takes lifetime blood thinners, so theres a concern of bleeding out etc......I don't know if fitness plays any role into that during pregnancy.
