Epistane Cycle, POST IGF-1 PHOTO LOG! Blowin' my $hit up!

I started my Epistane cycle today. I finished a 4 weeker of IGF-1 ~2 weeks ago and now it's time to swell the hell up!

I will attach my cycle in Excel format later this evening. I will log this as I did my IGF-1 (with page 1 acting as the master data page), and include PHOTOS because the mirror rules, not #s. That way, the data won't be obscured by all the bull$hit commentary.

Diet: My diet will be clean! ~3,000 cals/day: 300g protein, 300g carbs, 70g fat
This is equivalent to 40%; 40%; 20% macro breakdown, respectively.

Foods: turkey burgers, ground turkey, chicken breasts (trimmed), Cod, Haddock, other seafood, whole oatmeal, waxy maise, whey protein shakes, mixed veggies, nuts (including peanut butter), and I'll be trying to get my mitts on some Ezekiel breads and low GI fruits. I do not like sugar (nutritionally).

Note: I am NOT looking to add fat, thus I will be doing cardio prob. 5x EW. I only power-walk, no jogging.

Note: I am NOT a power-lifting type of person. I do not move a lot of weight. I don't train for strength, I train for symmetry and size. There, now if I post b!tchas$ #s, you all can't hate. HA HA! BOOOM!

I took 10mg today. I was planning on working biceps/traps, but my chest and abs are so demolished from Sunday's workout, I'm not sure if I'll lift or take another day off. TBD until later in the evening.

Sunday's workout, for comparative purposes related to future data, was pretty good. Worked chest/abs. Hadn't worked chest in a couple of weeks. Nice to get some recovery time off!

Bench: 135 x 15; 225 x 10; 275 x 4 (4 sets); 295 x 3 (3 sets); 315 x 2
Flat DB flys: 55 x 8, 65 x 8, 70 x 8
Seated Hammer Strength Chest Press: 2 plates (ea. side) x 10, 3 plates x 8, 4 plates x 4-6

Abs: lying 10lb medicine ball weird-ass-transfer/crunch-from-feet-to-hands-to-hands-extended-behind-head-repeat: 10lbs x 10 (3 sets)
Cable cunches: 3-4 sets x 12-15 (weight? Hmmm....up to 150 I think at end)
Straight-backed knee-ups: 15 x 2-3

Looking good already. Havoc will take you to the next level. I would say you should add about 800 more calories. I was about your weight and ate 3800 and didn't gain any fat.

My chest and abs are still killing me. Dammit I hate soreness! Diet today consists of chicken breasts, corn, whole oatmeal (at least 3 cups), >110g whey protein, Lean Pocket. I will probably grill out chicken breasts tonight and have more chicken for dinner, along with whole grain brown rice and veggies.

I will get my weight tonight at the gym and post. I'd love to hit 200lbs at the end of this cycle. I'll also work on getting PHOTOS....it's just a pain in my a$$ to take them, modify, then upload.

if you are running a full cycle i think 40mg all the way would be better.

Also, I'm not looking to end up BALD on this cycle, so I was thinking that keeping doseages "standard" would be my safest bet. So many people have had great results on 20/30/30/40.

im just sayin it was pretty weak imo and others, if im gonna run a cycle and do pct i mind as well just get the most out of it. 30mg is half assin it imo unless youre a new guy to aas.

So, I have done SD, Promagnon, Halodrol (2 cycles) in the past. Do you think we can come to a happy medium at 30/30/40/40?

Thanks for your input BTW bro. I am very weary of doing 40/40/40/40 though....as I feel some ramp up should be in there.

Anyone else care to comment? Please feel free to do so!

I would run 30/40/40/40. I didnt really get great gains until I went to 40.

I'm running it 20/30/40/40. It's my first time round with the methyls, so I decided against a 40/40/40/40... But even the IBE site says that some looking for bigger gains would run that. 40 seems to be the magic number on all the threads...

Ok, I did 30mg today. I'll do 30/40/40/40 but I do NOT know how the EFF I'll handle this $hit! I was swoled the hell up in the gym. Mad pumps.....veins shooting out everywhere you could see skin (was wearing a beater). JFC.

I weighed in at 194.5lbs...I KNOW I added weight the last 2 days. Good $hit!

Wuttup Pumpsd. No steak eh? Epi gives great strength gains. At 40 mgs you should gain some decent weight. And don't be afraid to have some extra carbs with this one.

YEAH dood, I'll see how this 1st week of 30mgs goes. My forearms were so swoled up yesterday during my workout that it was hard to hold onto the bar when doing BB shrugs.

I will let you all know how this goes. I will be working out tonight as well (should be an OFF day, but headed to Chicago w/the new girl to screw around). I'll take off Sat and Sun prob as I'll be crazy sore.

Leg Extensions: ~ 5 sets (up to...200 or so) (all 8 reps)
Seated Leg Curls: ~ 5 sets....up to 165 (all 8 reps)

Calves: Declined Calf Press: ~ 5 sets, up to...220 (12 rep sets)
I usually do a lot more on calves and more on legs, but I was training someone. It was still good! :)

I hope your cycle has treated you well dood! So far so good w/me at 30mg. Just did legs yesterday and NO back pump from squats. Love it.

Ya, I'm pretty vasculated. But I'm fat right now, so it's not too obvious. My new girl gets kind of weirded out from the veins.....she's in for a sweet surprise when I lean out! HA HA.

Good chest workout; strength increasing; good pumps

bench is up slightly: 315 x 4 (1 set) today. I don't need to do $hit for my chest to get hammered, so pyramiding up to 315 (final set of 225x10-12) is what I do for bench usually. Then inclined bench and inclined flys, then a few sets of seated cable flys.

5lbs isn't too shabby thus far. I do look fuller and strength is up (the obvious stuff I suppose). I blew the HELL up on Superdrol. I hope i don't get nearly the sides on Epi as SD (SD is horrid). So far, just some mild acne on the face (forehead) that I've remedied with OTC cream and washing the face 2x ED. I usually have good skin. Ya, I'm a product whore. I'm one O dem metrosexuals I suppose! A-HILT, A-HILT!

Nothing outrageous today. Just did some walking. No crazy pumps (calf, back, etc)...so that's nice. Getting ~1.5ga H2O ED. Cals are a bit down as I'm making this a recomp. It's summer and I don't want to be a complete fat slob POS.

Workout was O.K. I was expecting much more from 40mg. I went down 1lb from a couple of days ago. I haven't been eating for BULK, but recomp as I'm a fat slob from hell already!

Thanks man! I'm sorry for such HORRIBLE photos, but my POS webcam (old) is all I can use right now for photos. I should really try using my cellie (Chocolate 2nd gen.). The lighting is horrid on the cam and it's grainy. Oh well. You get the gist of it: I'm fat and small. LOL!!! :lol:

Oh, and thanks for the bicep critique. I've never heard that! I'm not making up excuses here, but it may just be that the photo is very poorly taken. I will try to get some decent images later. But all critiquing is appreciated, that's for sure. And yes, I want bigger biceps! BWUA-HAHAHA!

I will get my weight this afternoon at the gym. 1st I'm doing cardio while it's sunny outside! I'll do it shirtless, but damn I don't feel good about exposin' myself! AHHHHH I cannot WAIT to lean out! I hate being fat. Absolutely HATE it! :p

Then you're going to hate not being big,lol. At least thats how I am. pros and cons I guess.
My 12 month goal is to be 200 @6%. I would consider myself very satisfied at that level I think. :thumbsup:

LOL bro, that's not "puny". I'm stepping on the scale in about 45 min. when I hit the gym. I'm thinking I'm at 196lbs yet. I DO look leaner from Epi and my diet and cardio. But, by "lean", please don't think some ripped BBer! HA HA! You've seen my photos. To get to 200 @6%, I'll need to work hard, eat hard, and tolerate quite a few needle pokes. :lol: I'm not really into these orals to be honest w/you. I'm still debating the best approach to reach my goal.
