So here is about what I look like going into the bulk... I weigh about 180ish, +or-2lbs. I will post more shots when I can get someone to take some pics of my back and such.


I need to stop making stupid faces when I flex.

Your on the right track, my suggestion is lower the reps. Especially if your stuck in a rut. Think about this say Mon. is Max effort day, this is the conjugate method I mentioned over a T-lakes log, your workout would look like this;

Board press, it benching with a 4-6in board on your chest it trains explosiveness in the normal stick points on the low end, warm up say 135 x 3,
225 x 3,
245 x 3
265 x 3
275 x 3
295 x 3, you get the point
now say 295 the third rep you need a spot so.......
305 x 1
315 x 1, till you can't get one

Now you do aux, exercises, i.e. front delts, tri's, tri's and more tri's

you know the saying STRENGTH B4 MASS......
