doing h50 and havoc stack, what gaines? and can i add 3-ad

i am thinking of running H50 and havoc tgether 6weeks of havoc and 5 weeks of halo50 can i add 3-ad? or is it too much.
plus im cuttin so how much bf% u guys think i might loose im at 16% now at 230lbs
