I am going to run Havoc sometime early August. My goals are to gain lean mass and possibly reduce gyno.
Stats
Height-5'9
Weight-around 170lbs. under 10% bodyfat
Cycle-
Day 1- 10mg
Day 2- 20mg
Then the next 4 weeks I will run 30mg. Considering running it for 6 weeks.
PCT-
Nolvadex
40/40/20/20
Other Supplements-
multi/min

Fish Oil
Glutamine
Whey Protein
ProJoint Plus MSM
Liver Longer
Milk Thistle
Maybe Creatine Monohydrate
Diet will look something like this-
Meal- banana, 3 eggs, oat meal
Meal- whey protein in milk, orange
Meal- 6oz grilled chicken, 1/2cup brown rice
Pre Workout- whey protein in milk, two slices wheat bread
Post Workout- whey protein in milk, 16oz gatorade
Meal-beef or fish or chicken. 1/2cup brown rice, 1 cup mix vegetables
Before bed-1 cup cottage cheese or whey protein in milk, 2tbs peanut butter
Workout will something like this-
Monday-back,biceps,abs
Tuesday-chest,triceps,calves
Wednesday-thighs, abs
Thursday-delts, traps, calves
Friday- arms, abs
weekends-Off
Cardio-
3 times a week for 20mins
