I am new to the boards and managed to post my first thread in the wrong place. Way to make a good first impression...
Anyhow, basically I am thinking about an m1t cycle to add 14 pounds (or as close to as possible in 2 - 3 weeks). I read alot about pros/cons of m1t.
Can anyone suggest a less harsh, effective alternative?
