Clarification for everyone using methylated designers

I'm seeing a lot of posts lately saying that people are reporting low test levels and messed up liver values partway through a cycle. I have also seen in the past people saying "liver toxicity is overrated. People stress it way too much, it's not THAT big of a problem". Let this be a lesson for all of us, it cannot be stressed enough that methylated compounds are very stressing on the liver, and proper precautions need to be taken. And even when proper precautions are taken, problems can still easily arise. Nolva does not mean you will be gyno free, milk thistle and NAC does not mean you will not have elevated liver values, hawthorn berry does not mean your blood pressure will not rise. Precautions need to be taken, and it needs to be stressed as though it is a life and death matter, because in some cases, it may very well be.

Most grocery stores and pharmacies have a blood pressure machine in them, I completely can't understand how many guys do a cycle without even checking their bp once until they start getting headaches or nosebleeds.

The biggest mistake is that people think just because they are taking support supps they are bullet proof. This is absurd they help but they do not "bulletproof" you

I do that about every 2 weeks while shopping just to see where it's at.

A common question I see, (one that I personally cannot answer), would be good for someone more knowledgable than myself to post the answer for.

"I am on a designer cycle now, and have high bp, or nosebleeds, or gyno, or extreme libido loss, or extreme lethargy, etc, what should I do? Stop cycle and go straight to an early PCT? Lower dose? Add-In support supps?"

(This is not a question I have, I have just seen it many times before and wish I could have helped out, but I don't know the best answer either)

High bp/nose bleeds stop, Lethargy and loss of libido come with the territiory with a lot of aas. Also depends how high you bp is and if it is consistently high. Luckily I can check my own but it is definatly important to watch, but stress, caffeine, eating etc.. can raise bp so keep that in mind while checking

extreme libido loss or lethargy you just live with :D. Use viagra or cialis, and dhea/caffeine.

Gyno you start nolva or SERM of choice, but can continue cycle, lowering dosage of aromatizable substances if possible. it may be better to clip the cycle + start PCT, but depending on substance + half life it may not help all that much (stopping the cycle).

High bp or nosebleeds depend on just how high/how bad. if you normally are 120/75, 145/95 isn't too horrifying. 165/110 would be. Support supps wont really help here as they take a while to have an effect, so if you haven't been taking them all along its likely pointless.
