Havoc, M1t, Gear Cycle????

Ok guys, I have these three sups (Havoc, M1T, Gear Cycle) that I can cycle. I bought all three a few ago at a good price, so I'm wondering which one I should use and if I should stay away from one or more of the sups. I'm leaning toward using M1T...friends told me it was the s**t. I also heard Havoc was good too. I have two bottles of each.

M1T is the Sh*t....Oh I mean it makes you feel like sh*t! Sorry for the mix-up
