Safe routine with havoc (tendon scare)

I have been trying to wrap my havoc cycle around my recreational soccer team becuase im getting ready for my competive football team. I put together this routine and i wanted to run it by you guys because the issue about tendons being weak during (STEROIDS) scare me!. Would this be safe with this program and running havoc without having a problem with tendons.

considering soccer i play 2 times a week would be bad for my tendons in my cycle?


My routine:
Week 1-2 (6-8 reps)

1- Soccer + Chest + Biceps + Abs (2x20 for 2 exercises)
2- off
3- Soccer
4- Back + Triceps
5- Shoulders + Traps
6- Legs + Abs
7- off

Week 3-4 (10-12 reps)

1- Soccer + Chest + Back
2- Legs + Abs
3- Soccer
4- Shoulders + Traps
5- Triceps + Biceps + Abs
6- off
7- off
