What time of Day should i dose Epi,

Im about to start my first cycle of epistane, and im wondering if i should spread the dosage evenly throughout the day or try to keep it as close to pre w/o and post w/o as possible.

I figured the best way is to spread it out but i may be wrong, Any thoughts?

ok well heres what i was thinking, let me know if im on the right track

When dosing at 10Mg - 1 cap 7 AM
When dosing 20MG - 1 Cap 7AM & 1 Cap Pre W/O (noon)
When dosing 30MG - 1 Caps 7AM & 1 pre and 1 post
When dosing 40MG 2 Caps 7AM & 1 Pre & 1 5PM

Does this look good for dosing times, ro does it really even matter that much?

Take them evenly spread out during the day (4-6 hours apart). If your dosing 4 or 5 caps, take them closer together. If your going to double up, take 2 caps pre workout, not in the morning.

I recommend just evenly spacing them out depending on what time you wake up and go to bed. For instance my schedule was like:

1 cap 5am
1 cap Pre workout (2pm)
1 cap with dinner (6pm)

there are different methods to this dosage timing approach... read neo's "Epistane FAQ" that's a great source of information on this and other topics, also epistane.com has some information on this topic as well.
