how would you suggest starting my PCS and mass fx? should i start at the same time or what?

i have nolvadex on hand. i forgot to put that in there.if i notice estrogen kickin am i able to take it while still on the omnevol of should i wait till afterwards for post cycle? i heave read both an am unsure of which i should do
