Test cycle PCT

on week 8 of test cycle (500 mgs/week). nipples starting to get sore though. is it too soon to start tamoxifen, clomiphene, or toremifene? i dont want the situation to get any worse. i here tamoxifen and clomiphene would do the trick... any thoughts or advice?
