Yeah!. Just remember to take it with Tylenol PM every night. Wash it down with some 151 also. You can even mix the Tylenol with protein and 151 for a great evening snack!.

the liver toxicity is over hyped.. its a good product but the only thing stopping me from ever using it would be the side effects and the rediculous BP increase that this would cause.
