I know vacuum sealing them is a good idea to keep out moisture. However some people reccomend freezing them or refrigerating them.
Is freezing them best or would it be best to refrigerate them. What is the best way to store them to maximize shelf life and maintain potency? Is it freezing or refrigeration?and how long will they keep stored in this manner? Any help or info would be appreciated. Thanks
