Ok the full prop injections

1) it hurts don't don't do it ...Ha ha

2) Buy some B12 to cut the harsh solvents...and the b12 is good for you too ....( I wounder where I can get painless human grade B12.......hum )

3) buy some Bacteroistatic Water to cut the solvents...( hey doesn't lion Nutrition Have that in there store ...)

4) steril oil ...but there is no need to inject anymore oil than absolitly needed......

5) I'm sure you all know I have been having some fun with you but this is the healthyest way to cut paiful injection from best to worst.......
