Havoc cycle (my first), just a little help

Hey guys i am pretty new to this forum, and this is actually my first post... but anyways I have read a lot and I think I want to start a cycle of Havoc.

I am 23 years old, I am 5'10, and I weigh about 160 (may not seem like much but I have come along way from 135), and I have been working out for about 2 years now.

My plan for the Havoc dosage (oh im doing a straight cycle) is:

Week 1: 10 for 4 days 20 for 3
Week 2: 20
Week 3: 20/30
Week 4: 30

I don't think I want to go over 30 but I might.


I was going to take Ralox starting week 3, but does anyone know the right dosage?
I also have Lotrezole on hand

My on cycle supps are:

Life support - 8 caps instead of the usual 4 (same as cycle sup.)
Ralox- starting week 3 (anyone know dosage?)
Novedex XT ( when should I start it? Do I even need it?)
EFA's
Joint Support
Taurine ( maybe... i was told it will help with back pumps)
Multi

Also what is a good protein i should take for lean gains? I don't like the fat from muscle milk

Post cycle therapy

Creatine
Post Cycle Support
Retain v2
Life Support (4 caps or maybe just a liver support)
Novedex XT (Should I use this now or on cycle or both?)


(Do I need a test booster or is Post cycle support enough?)




So what do you guys think of this cycle? Is it ok? Am I lacking somewhere?

Is someone could answer those few questions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

why wouldn't you just use whey protein/casein at bedtime? as for "don't like the fat in muscle milk", you need fats my friend, get some omega 3/6/9 into your diet.

as for pct- you should be using nolva. do a thread search on proper on cycle diet for this supplement. people have written them.

I wouldn't start Ralox until after you are done with your full Havoc dosing. For Protein, I'd go with anything normal, maybe an Optimum Nutrition.

huh?

and i don't have nolva and I dont know where to find it... I have read all about PCT so i think im ok there...

but about the fats I meant when i take muscle milk it makes me get almost like a small belly....
