I'm doing Test-e 500mg a week for 12 weeks. I'm 190 lbs and 6 foot. I'm looking to gain 20-25 lbs in the end of losses from this cycle. I'm lifting 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off then repeating, should I add cardio in 30 mins for 3 days a week to up my food metabolism? Because I am always not hungry and feel sick when I Try to eat cause I'm full, what you think?
