I am looking to run my very first stack ever. I am 5'9, 175 lbs., 8% body fat. I wouldnt say my nutrition and diet is perfect because it can always be perfected but its very good. I have been lifting for almost 6 years now. The year and a half I have gotten serious. The first four years were training for football with little knowledge.
I am looking to bulk, because I need to add weight to gain on my stats which are:
Bench- 315
Squat- 405
Deadlift- 430
Any help would be appreciated
