Whazzup everyone,

OK, I admit it, I TOTALLY jacked UNCfan1's Pulse Cycle Log (I'm ducking tomatoes as we speak!). Anyway, it was too good to resist, so (with his permission) I'll be giving it a run. The only difference is, I'm going to actually stick with the original plan of:

Weeks 1-4: 4-6 mg Generic Labz Mega-TRN 1 hr pre-workout

Weeks 5-8: 20-30 mg AX Ergo Max LMG 1 hr pre-workout

Weeks 1-8: 20-30 mg Superdrol Post-workout

I will pulse 4x week to start; if things are still OK after the eight weeks, I will consider dropping the pulse to 3x week in order to extend the cycle a bit...but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

The workouts are bodybuilding/powerlifting-style workouts I took from the June 2003 issue of Flex Magazine. You work out four times a week, exercising your entire body over that period. It is a 12-week workout schedule consisting of endurance, power, and strength phases. More on this later. Will update with the first workout tomorrow. :woohoo:

My stats: 6'3", 313 lbs. at 18% bodyfat.

Also like UNCfan, I will be taking Retain 2 and Advanced Post Cycle Therapy on "off" days. In addition to these, I will also be using Dermabolics' E-Form, Palo Alto Labs' Paravol and Aspire36 and Fenugreek to keep my heat-seeking moisture missile and the boys...uh, well...HAPPY!

Please feel free to chime in as you see fit.

Goals: 12-15 pounds of lean mass on this cycle.

Thanks, guys!!! UNCfan, what's up? I kept my promise!! Don't go anywhere because I'm gonna need you on this pulse cycle! Hopefully, this time I do it right and keep all my gains! I went from 308 to 321 on a SD/Phera-Plex cycle, but my PCT was non-existent and I lost most of the gains! That won't happen THIS time!:study:

Day 1

I started today instead of yesterday, so even though it threw me off a bit, I'll just do a Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri pulse and take the weekend off.

I took:

3 Palo Alto Labs Incarnate 1 hr pre-workout

4 mg Generic Labz Mega-TRN 1 hr pre-workout

1 serving Universal Animal Nitro just before workout


My Workout:

This is the endurance phase, which entails doing sets of 10-12 reps with 30-60 seconds of rest in between. You're doing 5-6 sets very quickly and your last set has to be at 10 reps. Since you're doing the reps and sets so quickly, of course your weights will suck. The goal here is muscle endurance. The chart is as follows:

1 warm-up set of leg extensions x20

5 sets of squats (10-12)

5 sets of leg extensions (10-12)

5 sets of lying leg curls (10-12)

5 sets of seated leg curls (10-12)

Post-workout I had:

3 Palo Alto Labs Incarnate

20 mg Superdrol

30 minutes after this I had a Cytogainer shake in 1% milk and three handfuls of raisins.

Week 1, Day 2 Pulse

Supps: Incarnate, 4 mg Mega-TRN, 20 mg Superdrol, Reset-AD, Animal Nitro, Cytogainer

Workout: Chest/Calves

This endurance phase is a b*tch! I got amused looks from people at the gym today because I was using nowhere near my max weights. I could read their minds: "Damn, that big guy can only lift that little bit of weight?" Trust me, it's a very different story when you only have 30-60 seconds between sets and STILL have to get 12 reps! I wonder how much they'd be laughing it was THEM!

Anyway, nothing new so far to report....started Reset-AD today after receiving it in the mail yesterday (thanks, Dave from PAL!). Also, I found out today that the scale at the gym was off by quite a few pounds until they fixed it! So instead of weighing 313, I weigh 306! Now I'm mad...and more determined than EVER to get my weight back over 320. Oh, well, until tomorrow...:wave:

Umm..Neoborn...been watching a lot of Rob Schneider's movies, have we? Bwahahahaha.....anyway, worked back and traps today. Nothing new to report, but hey, it's still early!

Supps: Incarnate, Mega-TRN, Superdrol, Reset-AD, Animal Nitro, Cytogainer

Starting to get the meals together...this is the most important thing as your most basic/healthful/helpful supplement is FOOD.

No neg sides to report as of yet. Smooth sailing so far.

Week 2, Pulse day 1

Friday was Pulse Day 4 of Week 1, and the pump is starting to come back...wow...seems like this pulsing stack is gonna work. Worked shoulders, bis and tris...again, a nice pump.


Today was the first pulse day of the second week. Did legs, still on 10-12 reps with warmup sets of 20. I can barely walk! And the Mega-TRN/Superdrol combo seems to have made my legs pretty damn swollen...wowy wow!


Negative Sides: None to report as of yet.

Libido is crazy, thanks to Aspire 36 and fenugreek...wore out my GF and a couple of other "side jawns" this weekend. I may be on to something here...hmm....:icon_lol:

What Is Aspire?
Aspire36 is a new sexual-enhancement product made by Palo Alto Labs. It's supposed to "keep you ready" for up to 36 hours, kind of like Cialis. I must say, it does work. It comes in 12-capsule bottles, the theory being that you do not need to take one every day, hence the 36-hour window. I recommend it!

Week 2, Pulse Day 2


Worked chest today. The poundages went up slightly, but I'm still a bit embarrassed. I won't feel like myself again until the next phase (starting week 5), when it's 8 reps and longer rest periods. But...there is a method to the madness.

No negative sides to report. Libido still strong and off the damn charts in some cases. Haven't put on any weight yet, decent pumps, but I think the Mega-TRN is making me a little more angry than usual. I just seem to get pissed off a little more easily within the past day or so.

Supps: 6 mg Mega-TRN, 30 mg Superdrol, Incarnate, Aspire36, Animal Nitro, Cytogainer.

For my off day tomorrow I will be taking 6 sprays of E-Form and fenugreek. Haven't received the Retain 2 and Advanced Post Cycle Therapy yet, but that shouldn't be a problem so far.

Did back/hamstrings today. I absolutely abhor deadlifts, but...ya gotta do 'em! I seem to be sweating more during the workouts...may be the Mega-TRN.

No appreciable weight gain as of yet...pumps still decent.

Negative sides: None to report, except anger issues. Libido still raging, thanks to fenugreek and E-form on off days, and of course, Aspire36 (ordered another bottle today, will be in my hands tomorrow via UPS!).

Will hit everybody up tomorrow!:good:

Received my second bottle of Aspire36 via UPS today!:woohoo: I totally breezed through the first one!

Pumps OK, nothing to really write home about because I'm still in the "endurance" phase (read: no heavy weight, just 10-12 reps per set with one-minute rest intervals).

Libido is still wild and crazy, thanks to Aspire36 and fenugreek.

Still one angry mofo.

Usually four pills a day.

Week 3

Pulse days 1 and 2:

Worked legs on Monday, chest and calves on Tuesday. Still no big weight gain, but some cuts are coming through! Libido still in check.

Negative Sides: Some minor acne on my shoulder and bicep, but nothing major.

Will be training my back today. Still a pissed-off mofo, and I've had one hell of a week so far...don't really want to get into it, but some not-so-good things have happened this week. My daddy said there'd be days like this.

Hi guys...sorry I took so long to update, but I had one HELL of a week last week. I won't go too much into detail, but I will say that I did NOT let it stop me from going to the gym!

Today ends week 4 of pulsing. Next week I will start the Ergo Max LMG pre-workout as opposed to the Mega-TRN. The Mega-TRN was OK, but I'm curious to see what Ergo can do.

Weight has gone up about 3 lbs. Libido still going strong (thanks, Aspire36!).

Slight acne still, but nothing major.

People are starting to notice, so there must be some size increase.

Still an angry mofo, but most of the time I'm able to keep it in check.
