OK, I admit it, I TOTALLY jacked UNCfan1's Pulse Cycle Log (I'm ducking tomatoes as we speak!). Anyway, it was too good to resist, so (with his permission) I'll be giving it a run. The only difference is, I'm going to actually stick with the original plan of:
Weeks 1-4: 4-6 mg Generic Labz Mega-TRN 1 hr pre-workout
Weeks 5-8: 20-30 mg AX Ergo Max LMG 1 hr pre-workout
Weeks 1-8: 20-30 mg Superdrol Post-workout
I will pulse 4x week to start; if things are still OK after the eight weeks, I will consider dropping the pulse to 3x week in order to extend the cycle a bit...but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
The workouts are bodybuilding/powerlifting-style workouts I took from the June 2003 issue of Flex Magazine. You work out four times a week, exercising your entire body over that period. It is a 12-week workout schedule consisting of endurance, power, and strength phases. More on this later. Will update with the first workout tomorrow. :woohoo:
My stats: 6'3", 313 lbs. at 18% bodyfat.
Also like UNCfan, I will be taking Retain 2 and Advanced Post Cycle Therapy on "off" days. In addition to these, I will also be using Dermabolics' E-Form, Palo Alto Labs' Paravol and Aspire36 and Fenugreek to keep my heat-seeking moisture missile and the boys...uh, well...HAPPY!
