Diet: Clean, moderate carbs, high protein, moderate fats.
Goal: lean bulk
Pulse Length (weeks): Four
Pulse Dose: 40mg three times a week. 20 pre/ 20post WO
Formestane e/d but it didn't mix too well so switched to ultra hotter and retain on off nights.
Starting Stats:199lb 6'
Finishing Stats:212lb 6'
Side FX: Felt a little sleepy. T-shirts got too tight.
Overall Opinion: This waqs interesting. gained well without really cramming the food down. lost a couple of pounds after the pulse was over but not much. I got leaner too so not all the loss was muscle.
I think next time i use SD it will be a proper cycle as i prefer the pumped-all-day feeling of being on.

On-Cycle (Products & Dosages):
- Genera Supplements Epidrol = 20 mg for the first 2 workout days, 30 mg for workout 3 & 4, 40 mg for the rest of the cycle.
- 6-OXO Extreme = 2-3 caps ED
Diet: Roughly about 3000 clean calories + Few cheat meals a day (+++ calories).. LOL!!
Pulse Length: 60 days
Pulse Dose: Dose 3 times a week
Starting Stats: Weight 82 kg (180 lbs)
Finishing Stats: Weight 90 kg (198 lbs)
- I encounter a slight pain in my left nut at around day 13, which last for about 2 or 3 days.
- Backpumps when doing some heavy deadlifts especially with dose above 20 mg pre-workout.
- Few acne start popping up on my traps after 3 weeks. More and bigger acne pops up on my face after 5 weeks.
- Catch a cold and really2 bad sore throat on Day 19
- On Day 33 again catch a cold and sore throat again! but not as bad as last time
- Libido started high, but then continually declining as weeks gone by, but never disappear completely.
Since this is my first Designer Steroid cycle, I have nothing to compare it to, but overall it was an awesome experience, all the sides that I experienced were tolerable and does not last very long.
I felt very happy every time on the way home from the gym for no particular reason, I'm not sure if this is what's called the feeling of well-being, but this only last for about the first 40 days, after that I don't feel it anymore.
It appears that MOST of the wonderful effects happens in the first 20 days, where I made the most gains, the next 20 days it started to decline, and the last 20 days I barely made any gains at all, not much positive effects, only more acne.
Post Cycle Therapy:
Was planning to run Nolva, but it might not be necessary, see how I feel, at the moment my post cycle therapy will only consist of HyperTest.
**Post Cycle Therapy Update (Day 6)**
Currently on Day 6 of post cycle therapy, no sign of gyno whatsoever but I've decided to administer some tamoxifen at 40 mg a day, because I'm worried that I'm experiencing testicular shrinkage (unusually low libido), I don't know for sure, but just to be on the safe side I will start dosing nolva for 20 days (40 mg for the first 10 days and 20 mg for last 10 days).
**Post Cycle Therapy Update (Day 11)**
Libido is returning to normal.

Overall Opinion: Worked quite well IMO, although I wasn't too impressed with the strength gains, not that they were non-existant, just not what I would have liked to have seen.. Still a good run overall though.. Had to cut it short due to a sinus/bronchial infection, so it wound up being only 5 weeks.
PCT: Torm for 2 weeks
Other Supps: Alpha Drive XL off days, trione for the week I'm off, fish oil, supercissus, coQ10, Celery seed extract, NOW Adam, Hawthorne berry, ON whey
Sidenote: Upped the m-drol to 20mgs since week 2, dosed it like this: 10 of each (Mdrol & Havoc) pre and post WO, and wound up throwing some 1-ad in there around week 3, 200mgs pre and 200mgs post.

Diet: Just above maintenance, clean with Friday or Sat being a cheat day to eat junk with my kids, usually pizza & ice cream.
w/O: Mon - Chest, Tues - Back, Thur - Arms, Friday - shoulders, No legs due to a knee issue.
Mon, Tues, Thur, Sat: Mixed martial arts 1hr/day. I had to cut this back to 4-5 hours a week from 8.
Pulse Length: 6 weeks
Pulse Dose: 6 weeks Havoc 10, 20 30, ramping up to 30 every day by week 3, SD 10mg wk 4, 20 wk 5, 30 wk 6
Starting Stats: 5'10'', 180lbs, 13.5% BF (Avg on my scale, impedence)
Finishing Stats: 5'10'', 191lbs, BF 12.5%
First time with no lethargy on SD, credit given to Havoc
Libido was great, some shut down that was noticable in last 2 weeks, obviously form the SD
Strength up, comments on my arms being bigger that I was surprised to hear from a few different people.
Adding the Havoc was great.
I did not take the huge assortment of support supps for the first time ever and I felt MUCH better. The last time I tried to start a cycle the support supps gave me big time stomach problems and I felt like crap.
I am guessing I could have added 3-5 more pounds if I had been doing legs as well. Possibly more if I had really focused on increasing cals.
Overall probably the most enjoyable time I have had in the gym in quite a while due to steady gains and weight gain. Nothing earth shattering but I had a goal to gain 10 lbs so that I could cut 8-10lbs of fat over the next 30-60 days and acheived that goal. Overall a general feeling of well being as well.
4 weeks PCT: Toremifene: 3 weeks Start 120 ramp down to 30, Activate, Retain 2, Fish oil, Liv52

Diet: clean - chicken, tuna, oats, peanut butter, beef, all sorts of veggies, lean meats
Goal: lean bulkish?
Pulse Length (weeks): 1.5
Pulse Dose: 30mg (20mg pre, 10 mg post)
Starting Stats: 184 (morning weight) diet consistent
Finishing Stats: 191 (morning weight) diet consistent
Side FX: none, a little itchiness and sensitivity on day 11
This was my first REAL cycle of anything substantial (11 oxo is very weak/mild in terms of ph’s) , and I am EXTREMELY cautious about running this. In the end I chickened out, BUT i did gain roughly 6 pounds, and 15+ lbs on most lifts. (placebo? Maybe)
I was planning on going 5 weeks of pulsing MWF with 2 on 2 off on some weeks.
Didn’t run it long enough to give a fair opinion, but it would seem it was going to be pretty good

Looks like you got pretty good results for the short amount of time you were on, plus very mild sides. I'm curious what made you shy away from it when things were going so well. It seems like maybe you were headed for really nice gains w/ little to no sides. Think you might reprise the cycle?

Things were going REALLY well, but I kept reading logs upon logs upon logs of delayed gyno, shutdown, etc that I ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it, you cant put a price on my libido (hahahahha) . As for another cycle, I don’t think so, I went the hormonal route and came back unscathed (if only for 1.5 weeks) , and i don’t think i want to play with that kind of fire again.

It's your call, of course, but I believe the reports of delayed gyno, libido issues and other sides come mostly from stardard cycles, as opposed to pulsing. Do what you want, of course, but you might take that into consideration, or possibly read up on logs of guys that have done superdrol pulse only cycles. Good luck, either way.

post cycle therapy:
Cissus-Drol (6 bromo), 2 pills per day x 5 days then 6-oxo extreme for 10 days.
-A very nice/mild pulse cycle with good results. I never experienced any shutdown or serious sides. 40mg was the most I did but that brought on the achy joints. I plan to run this cycle again (pulsed) but will likely keep it at 30mg per day.

Product: M Drol
Diet: Pretty clean, focused on more carbs
Goal: Bulk, strenght, not gain too much fat
Pulse Length: 4 1/2 weeks
Pulse Dose: started 10 tapered up to 30 4x/week
ex: monday 30mg, wed 30mg, fri/sat 20mg, I experimented and it worked.
Starting Stats: 201.2
Finishing Stats: 216.6
Bf: 12.6 last I checked, I would say it is arount 14 now
Side FX: Last week my joints and tendons in knee and elbow did not feel good, back pumps apeared towards the end when I did dead lifts.
Positives: SIZE baby, strenght went up 20% on average
Blue up, Perfect Cycle, Torem, SNS pct stack, lots of omega's, and all the regular stuff
Went very well, no acne as with past cycles, did not feel shut down at all, people noticed the size and pumps

Goal: strength and mass
Pulse Length: 4 weeks
Pulse Dose: 20/30/40 wk1, 2-4 40mg
Starting Stats: 218
Finishing Stats: 228, gained som fat but still look more ripped since i got bigger muscles..
Sides: Back pumps when doing cardio, still have 5 days after ending cycle. Mood swings.
Notes: Strenth really skyrocketed:
Deadlift increased 5x275 -> 5x405(started using straps too, so thats a part of it.)
Dumbell Bench: 5x75 -> 5x100
Squats: 5x260 -> 5x325
Military Press: 5x55 -> 5x70
Pendlay Rows: 5x185 -> 5x225

Diet: 500 cals over maintanance
Goal: clean bulk
Pulse Length (weeks): 6 weeks
I wanted to ease into things so my first doses were very conservative.
1st week (10,10,10)
2nd week: (20,20,20)
3-5 weeks (30,30,30)
6th week (40,40,40)
Starting Stats: 188lbs
Finishing Stats: 196lbs
About a half an inch up on biceps. bf% stayed about the same.
Side FX: None whatsoever.
This was a great first cycle. No sides, just steady gains in size and strength. I didn't see any signs of supression, libido was acctually up. 8lbs gained overall, strength went up significantly.
Pulse Cycle Therapy:
Formastane ran on cycle, running novedex xt and nettle root for post cycle therapy now
