Test E/drinking

I'm sure someone will flame but I plan on running a 12 week cycle of test E. I was wondering if it would be alright to drink like 2 times during this. I don't drink heavily just have some beers and thats about it. I am willing to not touch it for the duration of the cycle if it will have as negative affects as orals.
 
It'd be fine. Test isn't 17a methylated.

People stress on the oral steroids because they stress your liver out, so smashing your liver with alcohol and 17aa anabolic steroids is a bit on the worse side.
 
Looks like I got beat to the punch here, but IMO drinking is bad for your body anyways, regardless of what you're taking or plan on taking. But hell, look at Arnold.
 
well its not going to stress the liver as it would with methylated orals...it can potentially hinder ur gains but if ur gunna do it do it in moderation and stay hydrated and get ur protein in
 
Definitely, alcohol is bad for you. But, I'm not sure its any worse for a guy on Test than one who isn't, and I think that's all the OP cared about :)
 
if you do drink. just drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. other then that. try to keep it to a mininum if you can
 
higher doses of testosteone will stress the liver...

if you are going over a gram id steer clear of any alcohol.

thanks for the replies guys......yea i know test isnt a 17a...ive almost completly quit drinking but ive got two big events during that cycle that i'd like to enjoy some drinks at. Water and protein shakes afterwards are always a necessity.

yea but just keep in mind that a steroid enhances protein synthesis while alcohol inhibits it..if possible, i would drink water before and even during drinking the alcohol (although i know thats kinda hard to come by)
 
true i just got through with a pp cycle and i would never dream of touching any alcohol while on a 17a......i realize alcohol inhibts protein syn and promotes estrogen......i have gone from drinking 2-3 nights a week to not drinking anything in 3 months so I was just making sure it would be alright all things aside
