Transdermal and swimming

Hey guys quick question:
If I'm using a transdermal 1-test can I go swimming in pools or will it wash off?? Thanks.

P.S. Also How long after applying it can I take a shower? I know I am supposed to apply after a shower but I take 2 showers a day usually (morning and night)

The swimming I'm not sure but I would wait at least 2 hours. As for the showers, just apply it right after each shower (that is the best time to apply the transdermal anyways)
