I'd like to get some input on this 4 week summer cycle I'm considering:
2 squirts T-1 pro 2x a day + 100mg 3-alpha(oral) 3x a day.
I'm looking to add 5-10 lbs while hopefully dropping a bit of bf.
I'll be eating about 300-500 kcal over maintenance, very clean. I'm considering a 40-30-30 breakdown of p-c-f. My current stats are 5'11'', 188 lbs, 9% bf. I've done one cycle of Super 1+ with good results. I'm open to any suggestions regarding dosages, diet, training, etc.
