I am gonna start my very first ph cycle here in about 3 weeks when i get back from vacation and I am not sure what I want to go with. I had planned on doing a 4 week 1AD 4AD cycle but a lot of people are raving about the T1Pro and Final and I am not sure what would be best for a first time user. I'm 21, 170lbs. and have been working out naturally for about 2 years now and I have been hitting all kinds of plateaus lately... I'm tired of that ****.
Any ideas on what to use and how much daily?
