Rick Collins' book - Legal Muscle

Is this a good resource for anyone here to have, regardless of whether or not we have ever been in trouble? I'm thinking about getting this out of curiosity but I am a little hesistant to plop down $35 without knowing if it's a worthwhile investment or not. His articles seem to be pretty well received here but I couldn't find any threads specifically related to his book. Does anyone here own the book that would like to comment?

I've got it.

Excellent book.
Not just for the legal side - but he talks about the initial steroid ban and other stuff. I learned stuff I didn't know before.

Rick is a very well informed author and the book is well written.
