Okay Since My Last Log was Dog Poo. I'm going to put up a reliable fairly detailed log. Hopefully this will work right if sides don't get to me like superdrol. I've donated 39.99 that it takes to become a gold member so I'll wait for that to get my pictures on here.

Purpose : Increased Strength, Slight Mass 8-10 Lbs Happy

Previous PH :
SD, Prostanozol, Ergomax LMG, Halodrol, PP (Halo and PP only cycled for 2 weeks due to sides)

Hopefully the pumps wont get so bad that I can't run my 2.1 Miles 3 times a week due to FireFighting requirements. (I am a firefighter)

Stats :
(I've shrank due to cardio and lack of caloric intake from 4 weeks of harsh firefighter training 10 hrs in firefighting gear with only maybe 800 calories every 5 hrs.)

(Down from 195 from Previous SD/Zol Cycle Before FF Training. Yes I shrank, but I saved 10-15 Pounds from Original 160-165)

As Things Go I work Every Other Day at the firehouse but of course there is a sweet Gym at the FireHouse. It should look familiar seeing as how I'm using Arnold's Split because it's worked well for me for FF'ing. Max OT was not good for my endurance levels needed. So... My work out split will be like this -


Mon, Wed, Fri

Mon - Chest:
Bench press - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Flat bench flies - 2 sets, 8-10 reps
Incline bench press - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Cable crossovers - 2 sets, 10-12 reps
Dips - 2 sets, to failure
Dumbbell pullovers - 3 sets, 10-12 reps

Wed - Back:
Front wide-grip chin-ups - 4 sets, to failure
T-bar rows - 2 sets, 8-10 reps
Seated pulley rows - 2 sets, 10-12 reps
One-arm dumbbell rows - 2 sets, 8-10 reps
Straight-leg deadlifts - 2 sets, 12 reps

Fri - Legs:
Squats - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Leg presses - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Leg extensions - 3 sets, 12-15 reps
Leg curls - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Barbell lunges - 3 sets, 15 reps

Fri - Calves:
Standing calf raises -3 sets, 21 reps

Diet :

6 Meals for Bulk, High Carb, High Protein, Low Fat

This is just a basic template of what I'll eat but fairly exact
Meal 1 : 1 Cup Wheat Pasta, 1 Chicken Breast, 1 Cup Oatmeal, Skim Milk

Meal 2 : 1 Cup Wheat Pasta, 1 Chicken Breast, Salad Spicy Mustard and Wasabi for Dressing, 6 Melba Toast Crackers

Pre W/O Meal 3: Cytogainer (Muscle Milk) 54g Protein/79g Carbs/5g Fat

Post W/O Meal 4: 1 Cup Wheat Pasta, 8 oz or so 93% Lean Ground Beef, Gatorade, 10 Almonds

Meal 5 : 1 Cup Anasazi Beans, 8 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef, Skim Milk

Meal 6 : Cytogainer (Muscle Milk) 54g Protein/79g Carbs/5g Fat

Pls Tell me if you have any tweaks on this diet. It's worked for me in the past but ANY help is appreciated. I'm not anywhere near intelligent on Diet.

Also If I should post anything Else Let me Know (Other than before pic because it will be on here in a day or so)
I'll be checking in Every few days as my Firefighting permits. I won't miss a workout however. And I'll have a summary of the Past few days, but I can't post for every single day. Sorry

Don't mean to offend, but that seams like a whole lot of overtraining. 32 sets for chest.... 3 times a week!!! + Legs and back?! How do you expect your body to ever recover?

Oh yeah, and you might want some nolva on hand.

I take it you like volume? Holy ****. 72 sets/wk just for triceps? On top of your running? How long do your workouts take? I probably do about that many sets for all exercises combined. Hate to criticize at the beginning of a cycle, but wow. Hope it goes well for you.

Correction with the Sets. I really jacked that stuff up and it was kinda late at night. What I meant to have it as is Chest Back Legs Calves Forearms, Chest Mon Back Tue Legs Wed with Calves and Forearms split up on 1 of the days maybe mon and wed. What I corrected it to is my normal work out. I really wasn't thinking as I was writing that last night. But the way I revised it is as I normally work out. Not sure if its too much for mass, any suggestions?

I think that you may want to get things in order a little better before you decide to run a cycle. I think you could probably still grow natural at 170-175.

1. You don't need 2 AI's IMO - AX PCT + Rebound XT. Pick one, I'd go with the Rebound.

2. You need to pick up Nolvadex. Its cheap, tried and tested, and easy to find. Just search!

3. IMO, stick to the basic lifts: Deadlift, Squat, Bench, Pullup, Rows, Dips, BB curls, etc. Try to cut down the isolation exercises. You will gain more mass. Don't waste your time with something like tricep extensions when you can do instead weighted dips and hit not only the triceps but alot of other muscles too. Just my .02 though.

4. If your eating for mass, try eating more than you do. Throw in a meal here or there. I always increase my calories during and post cycle. My body is used to what I feed it now, so I have to shock it. Right now your diet is okay though, just try to eat more.




Just some ideas to think about. I think your well off however, and it seems like you've run some other stuff in the past so...Good luck, Subscribed.

I know Zol Really dehydrates but I think with the TRN it made it slightly worse as I had an advanced heart rate. My HR is usually 50 resting it was 75 BPM resting. So... I will be upping daily intake from 1 Gallon to 1.5 g. It also could have been the sweating in my bunker gear today since we had a few calls. But nevertheless, this cycle like all the others need alot of hydration. Not feeling anything as expected. Will wait until Tuesday of Next Week to Post Sides/Strength/LBM.

I am slightly ignorant on training, however, when I did do previous mass cycles I usually did KISS it up. I'll modify my workout. Am I doing too many excercises w/ too many sets?

Without looking at your routine too closely I'd say your fine.

I think if you do 3 exercises per body part, with 3 sets of each exercise 6-8 reps, you will get the best of both worlds (strength + mass).

It's all about seeing what works for you. I've sifted thru thousands of pages of routines and exercises. But what it comes down to is testing what works for you. Somedays I do strength related 5x5, and others I'll do 10 sets of 10 with moderate weight.

The main thing is to shock your muscles. Don't let them get used to any set way of training. Change it up and you'll be fine.

Yes Thanks for the Input. I really do need critiques as I am not exactly very well established on training. I understand 6-8 reps (which is what I used on my SD cycle when I gained atleast 15 LBM) but I kick it up to 10 for slight endurance because of the firefighting. AKA Rescues. People are reaaally fat and dragging a 215 pound guy seems fairly easy except when You gotta drag him I wanna say ..... 300 feet or more without stopping and steady paced. Knuckle Drags. Gets ur back strong and cut but I lost alot of weight in training.

Indeed. The routine your doing now seems just fine in that case. Training does differ when it comes to functional strength vs. aesthetics. For instance, the tricep pushdown is a big shaping exercise; it will give you that horse shoe look. If your going to be pulling fat dudes out of burning buildings, I would say train BIG...! Deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, work on getting that weight UP^^^

Yea i've been takeing Zol for the last 4 weeks (2 solo), and im eating between 3200-3500 calories and im not gaining any weight since i started running it solo i've actually lost weight. Its really leaned me out u could say. Just my 2 cents

Use 1 gram of hawthorn berry, Im takeing that while "on" cycle and if i dont take it thats what usually happens to me. U can find it for like $6 at ur local vitamin store

Any Idea on how to lose the Pooch at the bottom? For future cycles thoughts. I suppose go 0 Carb with High Protein 8 Times a day Low fat? and........ Run 150-200mg of ZOL for 4 weeks? As you can tell if I could just make my calves mondo sized make my forearms look like pop eyes and have 0% bf. I might look alright. lmao. Bigorexic.

A good supp. for the lower abb fat is CLA @ 3-4 gr. per day for about 2-3 months you also need a good diet but from the looks of it you seem to know what to do to get those abbs to come out. I know it seems long, but you'll lose the pooch and keep it off for a while. I've been on it for abuot 5 months now and I'm 5'8" 190lbs. eating 3500 cals a day for the last 5 weeks w/ no cardio or much abb work and I have a respectable 6 pack. It takes a while but stick w/ it cause it works

Current Weight : 176 (Just a lb of water really, weighed in at morning) No Gain

Yesterday was a good workout I noticed I was racking more weight on everything I did. Most likely placebo psychological and the additional energy from higher calories. But I'm not really able to tell anything like Superdrol. I think I'll see how things go at the 8th-9th day. I should feel something by then atleast. Anyone know how similar to superdrol PP it is? By way of knowing youre on? PP SD it's like BAM! Swollen muscles every morning. It feels like I might start getting the first signs of that but I think it just might be the carbohydrates. Anyones Previous Experience on that?

Anyone have a diet tweak. I ate 1 1/4 Cups of Whole Wheat Pasta, bout 2 Ounces of Chicken Breast and Some Lean Ground Beef 93-96% I think. I counted it up as a rough estimate I'd say I ate 84g Carbohydrates, 9g Fat, and 30g Protein. Perhaps I should keep my Protein intake a little higher or ?? Trying to do a Lean Bulk I suppose. Well Atleast trying not to do it dirty.

Just from the tricep/bicep workout I did a few days ago I seemed to have gained 1/2 an inch on my arms. I did these measurements in the morning. That seems kinda quick but I'll take 14 1/2.
Hopefully I can get my chest to pop.

Weight : 177

It seems TRN/Zol is usually used as a recomp. Maybe I screwed this 1 up. But I figure I'll ride it out.

Todays Work Out :
Chest, Calves (Switched it up a little)

Dosage : Bumped to 6mg

I did chest today pretty good for reps. Increase in strength as I've seen. I've noticed that I also have more endurance with heavier weights. So Inc. In Strength as I said.
I got done with the workout and got immediately hypoglycemic. Like WHAM not 1 minute after I left the weight rack. I got pretty clouded in the head etc... Grabbed a quick Shake w/ Oats. That saved me. Hypoglycemia hits pretty quick with TRN. I've noticed I'm pretty lethargic as well. Really lazy I get up, go to work, and work out, eat and then I don't want to do squat for the rest of the day.
Aside from almost going into a blood sugar coma, I'd say the TRN/ZOL combo is pretty sweet. I've got an extra 1/2 inch on my arms. But I'm not sure if that will last of course. We'll see it's only day 6 of 30 days. LIBIDO, is def. down. I'd say it kinda kills it but not to the point of a wavy noodle. Just indifferent to the situation. If ya know what I'm saying. I've been drinking about 1.5gallons of water a day so dehydration hasn't really been a factor although every once in awhile I see a golden star here or there. ACNE is quite explosive now. I'd say I'm breaking out fairly so so. Nothing M1tish but nevertheless some acne. So Some Acne, Libido Loss, Lethargy and Hypoglycemic Coma but it's pretty good nevertheless. I like the strength and endurance. It doesn't swell up too much so I seem to have the ability to continue with my sets/reps. However I did at one point on bench tire out after the 8th or 9th set(aftering doing inclines/declines included as 5 sets out of the 9) I hit a brick wall atleast it seemed that way when I got the Bar halfway up and held it for 5-6 seconds but couldn't push it up. Kinda strange if I can get it halfway and hit a brickwall like that which I usually can push it up.

I take TRN and Zol at the same time. At 5 AM. Then 11 AM then 5 PM.
If I were to do 1 capsule a day when should I take it? And what about 2?

You have 3 dosing periods so I'm assuming you're doing 6mg(3 caps mega-trn)

Yeah I am now doing 6 mg. Althought I was supposed to stick with 4mg. I believe 4mg is a little light to bulk or get strength on despite them saying a little goes a long way. It's better for body recomp, however at 6mg the strength gains come on better. So, just take the 2 capsules spaced out between each other. I usually take them with my protein shakes w/ fat 5 hours apart from each other. Fat helped SD absorb into the system, i'm not really sure if trn is the same. it may not be. But I am not getting any sides from the 6mg aside from hypoglycemia. i suppose acne would be expected from 2-4mg.

My Bench is now up 30 Pounds.
Lots and lots of strength/endurance.
Very Very little mass gains. Probably none. Since I'm at 177-178 pretty much. Just 2 lbs so.. nothing really. Water weight.
But very good for strength or a cut cycle.

Update : DAY 12

Calves seem to come around quite well as they are now at 15 inches instead of 14. Leg Press etc Squats lunges the weight is waaaaaaaay up. I find myself stacking a couple of fresh 45 on just about every 5 days now. Not much LBM gain. 2-3 Lbs. As I am 178 now. Looking cut and well defined. Megazol cuts up nicely and TRN is really good for strength. No mass but strength galore.

So you only gave yourself 3 days rest on chest and then threw on another 30lbs?? I think I'm reading the log correct right day 6 your worked chest? Because if so that is DAMN impressive.

I couldn't resist. They were all in the firehouse benching and said I couldn't do that. So I said F them and put it up like 8 times I was impressed with myself. It's like Superdrol or Phera-Plex subtract the extreme pumps and add 10% on strength gains. It's REAAAAAAAALLY great. I enjoy it. If you want to get so freaking strong and look like ur a completely small person, this is the stuff. Plus it makes you helaciously cut.

This the first time in my life that I've started to see my chest dip in on the corners. The two bowl shaped things on either side of your pecs. That dip in. You can see them well on jay cutler/ronie coleman esp.
Decreased bodyfat and Increased strength. This is one of my favorite cycles so far.

Yea i know what ur saying. I put about 60lbs. on my bench. But i was also doing pher-X, so i didnt experience some of the cuts ur talking about cause that bloated my up a bit, although i was 4.8% BF so i can see what ur saying. Next year in contest prep I am going to run the cycle ur doing now prolly.

Well thank you. It's going better than expected. I'd like to buy 3-5 more bottles of the TRN/ZOL combination and probably TST as well.

I'd recommend adding in Mega-Zol as it's fat cutting properties combined with TRN are great. It builds the perfect sprinter body. It's really helped me overcome my problem with Low Strength to Mass Ratio.

My libido is whatever really. I can make it work or not. On TRN it's no DECA **** but sometimes I think it may be high and sometimes low. I recommend a Rebound Reloaded with Lean Xtreme and some Milk Thistle (although it's not methylated I recommend this anyways as I am always doing something new better safe than sorry) Hit up some Hawthorne Berry,Policosonal, something of that nature. T-Drive is pretty inexpensive from Juggernaut. It's Like Rebound XT. You can find it from our board sponsors.

Also, Cycle Support from Anabolic Innovations would be good as it contains many many of those mentioned and more for the best PCT support. It's pretty inexpensive as well.
