182 lbs. -currently (Last two weeks of school I was strapped for cash, studying for finals, and partying a lot after. I lost 12 lbs in two weeks, but I am gaining them back quickly. I think a lot of it was glycogen and water and bf stores. I don't think I lost that much muscle.)

Training hard and consistent for 7 years.

Androgen Experience:
One SD cycle in beg. of Feb.

I did a 3 week SD in Feb., caught the flu during the first week of PCT and lost all the size I put on. Ironically I kept almost all of the strength. It actually worked out better for me. Also, I started with 10mg for week 1, then went to 20mg. My BP shot up to 170/90. I experienced headaches and a fluttering/rapid heart beat. Immediately I quit for two days and then continued the cycle at 10mg.


I want to run the cycle as follows:
Wk:1 5mg
Wk: 2 10mg
wk:3 10 mg
*Plus all ancillary supplements: Celery seed, RYR, CoQ10, Milk Thistle/NAC, Fish/Flax Oil, LOTS of Taurine/Potassium, hawthorne berries.

PCT:
Nolva, fenugreek, ZMA, Activate, Lean Extreme, and all ancillary supplements.

*Side Note*- I had pre and post blood work done. 4 weeks post cycle my total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL were a few points lower post cycle. I am planning on consuming much more flax/fish oil than I did my previous cycle. I only consumed about 2-3 grams a day. This cycle I want to have atleast 10g a day.

My questions are:
1.) Is this enough time between cycles?
2.) I know SD is primarily a bulking agent, but with my genetics and strict diet I am going to use it as a clean bulk. I feel I can minimize bf and increase LBM. My question is whether or not I should use different oral instead to achieve these results I want.
3.) From previous experience with SD, I feel 5mg for Wk:1 will provide me with a good base introduction of the androgen without side effects, and I will see the benefits as well. I know a few people may say that this isn't high enough, but from the gains I got last cycle and the sides, I think I can lower the dose and still see great gains with less sides.

I look forwards to everyone's constructive criticism. If you feel I need something else for my ancillaries please add, I think I may have left out something though, I am going solely off of memory right now, but I have everything saved on my computer and when I actually do the cycle I will lay it out in detail.
 
i will write more when i have time, but i want to applaud you on going 5mg and doing it smart. If you have some pheraplex maybe add that in at 10mg a day and i think you will be very pleased. I used 20mg PP and 2mg Superdrol week1, then went to 5mg superdrol the next two weeks and loved it. 5mg gives crazy results
 
Yeah definitely doing it smarter. I do, feel, that 10mg throughout would be just fine for you, considering you dropped the dosage to half (at 10mg) and that is going to make a big difference. But I applaud you for going to 5 and testing it out. Let us know how it goes.

It is amazing how everyone responds differently to these compounds. 10mg works decent on me but 20 definitely works best.

I see you have "hawthorn berries" as part of your support products. I suggest you get the extract and on top of that you should start taking that 4-8 weeks before leading up to your cycle as it sometimes takes a while to take effect, but often works well.

I was thinking about using Phera Plex instead of SD, but I don't have any and I still have plenty of SD left in the bottle from my first cycle. My BP held steady at 140/80 for the remained of my previous cycle, and I had an EKG done and the doctor said I was throwing an extra beat once in a while. She said she didn't know if it was from the SD or could have already been there, but she didnt know because she never did one before I used SD. I want to start out at 5mg for that reason too. AFter the very first at 10mg on my first cycle I felt kind of uneasy. I don't know if it was nerves or the actually steroid, but nonetheless I feel 5mg will work for me, and I think my BP won't spike as bad as it did last time, and after a week bumping it up to 10mg (which was the perfect dose for me last time).

Do you guys think I am going to need to run it at 10mg throughout being my second cycle?
Or, if I don't see enough gains at 5mg, run it for four weeks, WK:1 @ 5mg, WK:2-4: @ 10mg?
 
Id say try the 5 mg dose and see if you gain off of it atleast, if not then bump it up.

Must be nice to be able to use 5 mgs, take me atleast 30 mgs of SD to notice the strength gains and by that time my patience is shot, my back feels like i just got shot, and my head is pounding. LOL :head: Hells yea!
 
Damn, at 10 mg I my gains came on a daily basis, and at 20mg my head was killing me for two days and my bp went through the roof, but ya my body is sensitive to drugs. any kind

My first cycle my training program was aimed at gaining strength, but this cycle I want to put on mass. I gained 12 lbs. on the last cycle though and put on 1/2" on every body part, except quads, where I put on an inch. I am wondernig if I should stick to the program I had last time or try something else like TUT or HST. I still want to gain strength, and I am sure I will, but I also want to put as much size as I can on. Please help. Thanks

Starting at 5mg is a smart move, sometimes less is more! TUT training is killer and I think it would fit nicely with what your trying to accomplish. While on SD you should be able to get some serious tut w/o's in, and I find the pumps from tut to be a lot less then other styles. But if the pumps start to kill you then I would switch to some heavier lifting, maybe Westside or some other PL protocol. Good luck! let us know how it goes.
 
PL protocol? Power Lifting? Anyways, I am going to post the work out I did last time I was on, to see what you guys think. My goal for this cycle is to gain more size than strength on this cycle. I am wondering what kind of work out will give me the most size possible without sacrificing strength.
