    Just starting taking promagnon 25 wondering if it is worth taking or need something stronger .

    Thats a pretty general question. Spend some time and search the board, and you should be able to decied whether you want to take it or not.

    I have but need answers to general ? can u work out the same muscle groups everyday on something like promagnon.

    Recovery is extrmely improved by substances like pro, but everday for the same bodypart would still lead to overtraining that Bodypart, in all likeliness.

    IMO, you shouldnt work out the same muscle group two days in a row, no matter how much gear you are on.

    honestly , dont have anything just go to the gym for about an hour and a half and just lift weight then do about 20 minutes of cardio

    Get a good routine and diet and ditch the PH's. They arent gonna do sh1t until you get those 2 down.

    Yeah, well as soon as you get off of it and start PCT, your gains are gonna go away. The gains your making now, arent going to be long term gains, unless you have your training and diet in check.
