Run PCT 1 week beyond Cycle length or Not?

Hey guys,

just wanted to get the reasoning or the sceitific jargon on why people say if you run a 3 week cycle to run your PCT for 4 weeks? Reason im curious is because i know that Nolva can be harsh on the liver but at the same time id rather be safe than sorry when it comes to PCT.

My current cycle is: SD 10/20/20

My PCT is: NOLVA 40/20/20/10 with RXT 25/50/50/75 and Reduce XT 4tabs/3tabs/2tabs/2tabs


My question here is running a 4 week PCT a little to much? Especially with only a 3 week cycle of SD and not going over 20mg?

it does not take long to shut you down but takes time to bring you back.
if you run a long pct your test levels should be above normal so that not a problem. nolva is not that toxic especially if you use rxt also.
