Best way to keep gains after a T1 pro cycle?

    Best way to keep gains?


    I'm going to take T-1pro and for post cycle I'm going to take either Nova or Clom. Like everyone I want to keep most if not all of my gains. I was just wondering what are the best ways to go about it, and does anyone recommend any other supps.

    Ive heard the most common mistake is, people cut back on calories, after the cycle is done. Keep your caloric/protein intake up just as high as when you were "on" for at least 2-3 weeks post cycle.

    I`m not an expert, but this is what I`ve learnt
    *take clomid, nolva, or 6-oxo;
    *take 10mg/100mg eca every 2-3 hours;
    *increase calories by 500;
    *increase consumption of flax oil;
    *decrease volume, but still lift heavy;
    *increase rest time between sets;
    *decrease cardio;
    *decrease number of training days, ie from 5 days to 3 or 4 a week.

    I'm just finishing my cycle so I'm glad to see this post.
    I've been researching a little and the above advice seems good. I also found this on another post (I will find the post so I can give proper credit - I just pasted it from my notes):

    The nolva/clomid/6-Oxo would dose like so:
    Clomid- 150mg per day for 2 weeks, then 100mg per day for 3rd week, 50mg per day
    4th weekThe nolva/clomid/6-Oxo would dose like so:
    Nolva- 20mg per day for the full 4 weeks of post-cycle therapy
    6-Oxo- 6 caps (600mg) per day for 2 weeks, then 3 caps for the remaind
    ost!
    Since my main concern is keeping my strength gains, I was planning on mainly lifting heavy, few reps, few sets and really just taking it kinda easy and making sure to get better sleep and rest. That seems to jive with what others are saying. I will be doing nolva/clomid/6-oxo (maybe all three), zma, and flax. I also plan to increase cals.

    Is this a complete plan or is there more?

    I have made fairly large strength gains on 1-test. How much of this can I keep if I stick to the post-cycle plan?

    Definitely keep cals high, I would recommend some V-12 creatine, and keep lifting steady. If you have all your post meds in order, then diet and training is all you can really focus on, just keep on top of it and you'll be fine.
