What can i expect from my PCT consisting of...

Activate 4x/day
Rebound 3,2,2,1 (weeks 1-4)
Lean XT 6caps (3 morn, 3 night)
Fenu 3,4,5,6
Trib 3000mg before bed

My pct is for a 4 week sd/4ad cycle... can i expect some strength gains while in PCT from the RXT/activate?

Last pct for a 4 week emax cycle i gained some strength while using RXT, Trib, and fenu alone....

any opinions are welcome, thanks

you can expect to go thru almost 2 90-count bottles of Lean Xtreme.

I think you could back off a bit on the Lean XT dosage.

Expectations are premature resentments.

maybe i'll do 4 caps of lean ext then... but i thought they were 120 cap bottles

I dunno how you guys gain strength during PCT, but I'm envious!

I expect to retain what I've earned in muscle mass and strength for the most part, because with a well-planned (and executed) PCT--including rest, training, diet and supplementation--you really don't have to lose much.

I really would expect the best, but not be unrealistic in your expectations, because PCT (and time off) can be emotionally difficult as well as physically challenging...

great PCT, although I would change some stuff :

add clomid / nolva to ATD for the first 3 weeks
skip the tribulus and run diesel test
I'd add fenotest, powerfull and cissus RX

Welp, my bank account would be light after that PCT hahaha....

I'd like to keep the fenu and trib and maybe add ZMA???

But i do have about a half bottle of Nolva that i could use, but i thought it'd be kinda over done...
