phera: split evenly
SD: split evenly

rampage: take 1 before workout
Perfect: (start one week before cycle) 2 a day, split evenly/ then take proliver when perfect is out
Nolva: at night
rxt: before bed
retain: 2-3 doses throughout day
fenotest: 1st dose in morning, second dose at night
CEE: 1 tsp after w/o, and 1 tsp twice on off days
Thunder: 8 caps 30min. pre-workout on workout days only
White Blood: 3 caps 60min. pre-workout & 3 caps on non-workout days
Fenu: take 30-60 min. before bed
ZMA Dymatize: 30-60 min. before bed

Taurine: 2 teaspoons a day. 1 prework and 1 postwork. or whenever on nonwork days
Multi: one in morning and one after workout
