SD and Comp

Would there be any reason to drop SD before a competition? I think it might help with the Carb up? But I may drop it a day or two before and add high dose RB XT. Thoughts?

the Rebound XT is going to cause you to lose water indiscriminately...meaning that you'll also lose water inside the muscle cells, making your muscles appear smaller than they are. Your muscles are 70% water, so I say don't dehydrate them too much before a show!! Others?? What do you think about this? Isn't SD supposed to have a water loss effect anyways? If so, I would just stay on the SD and let it work it's magic with the increased glycogen storage it causes, allowing you to fully bring out all the striations. Just my .02 cents.

Any anti E will do that.

To answer your questio dmilhouse, If you are not tested for it, abselutely keep it in.It will enhance glycogen storage for the carb up and it is a nice dry compound.
