Question for DR. D

Ran a 3 week Ergo-Prostanzol Stack and had to quit, caused it made me the meanest F-er in the Universe..... I have kids and it just wasn't worth it ! But now I am struggling with the Libido and sex drive issue

I am having a rough time during PCT.. Here is my regime

Week 1-4 Clomid 100/75/50/25
Week 1-4 Nolvadex 60/40/40/20
Week 1-4 Giants ATD
Week 1-4 Fenugreek
Week 1-4 Blue Rhino
Week 1-4 DHEA 200/100/50/25

I am starting the Blue Rhino Tomorrow... But Doc, I aint got a bit of wood in like 2 weeks or longer... Wife will catch on soon and I will be anserwing alot of questions...

Please anyone help and lay out a proper PCT..... CLomid or Nolvadex? Not sure what to drop !

How long do people run 5g of trib for ?

Is 200mg of DHEA safe? Some say to take that much and it will help

I heard that enzyte is junk. I think you might be overdoing it with the anti e's. I would drop the clomid. what dose of atd are you taking? try some zma to help with libido.

Once people come off and do a few days at double dosage of ZMA things work fine again. Could this be that ATD lowers estrogen and raises test so much that it actually kills libido?

Estrogen actually plays a role in libido function, too much of a SERM, or AI (which has always been a no no for pct) can cause more problems.

It could (and I am speculating) have something to do with ATD blocking the ar centrally and thus having a negative imapact on libido.

I am not sure WTF to do.... My thread that was posted a few boxes above was never clearly given a clear statement..... I have read so many threads on Clomid & Nova together, some say never take together.... All I know is that I have no drive or libido whatsoever....... I would love for DR. D to map out me a PCT.... But I cant PM anyone.???

Make the plunge into that pocket that had enough $ to buy all of your PCT supps and donate a measely $10 to gain access to to PM's and then you can even feel good about supporting a board that helps keep your boys going strong.

That looks much more reasonable. You could add a low dose AI to counter any aromatization of the dhea (like 25 mg's/ed of ATD or better yet 100 mg's/day 6-OXO). Moderate dose 6-OXO has been shown to raise testosterone without lowering estrogen and is unique in this regards.

Also, with all the dough you will be saving by cutting back on all of those AI and SERM's, you could donate $10 bucks to the board and gain PM privileges

Should I run the ATD (I already have full bottle of Giant) or should I go with the 6-0XO. If I should try the ATD at 25mg daily to help with DHEA conversion, how long til I see a difference......


Also what are the best times to take clomid. I have been taking a dose in the AM and one in the Early PM......

So I need to take the ATD to combat the estrogen from the DHEA conversion......
I need the clomid for all the obvious reasons....... estrogen, testosterone etc...
I have been taking Nolvadex 20mg at night....... Since quitting the Nolvadex , I should run the clomid at bedtime right ? I have a severe problem with puffy nipples. So whatever will keep that off me will be awesome.....

I am also taking Lean Extreme and Fenugreek .....

Exactly, you just have to wait for the bounce. In the meantime, try about 2.5-5mg yohimbine HCl w/ a cup of Enerdisia herbal coffee (Herbal Powers brand). This is great for situational relief while you're waiting for the test to come back. Plus, ActivaTe helps too, pretty well actually. My last PCT was super smooth using it.

I may drop the ZMA because my scalp is itching like crazy when I wake up. I'm also using Nizoral 1% Shampoo to combat DHT at the scalp. As far as libido? I have returned. I shot 3 sprays of the transdermal yesterday morning on my midsection and became an angry aggressive animal. I will not be experimenting like that today. 2 sprays morning/ 2 at noon is enough. Started SD at 189,went to 198, and I'm 197 this morning. I thought I lost my definition until SD left. 10 lbs and defined, I'm happy.

I would start taking raw Maca powder for your libido. It works.

Activate is Designer's SHGB binding supplment (nettle root I believe). When stacked with ATD, they call it their "non-hormonal anabolic" stack.

Hey wheels!
I suggest LX for 2-3 wks at least into PCT. You can keep taking it as long as you like though. Even with the SD if you want, though it really isn't required. So there is no time limit.
