Well, at your H/W ratio I don't think you should be "taking" anything hormonal yet.. Get your diet and training figured out to gain properly before resorting to PHs, as you will simply lose the majority of your gains if you aren't practicing proper training/diet habits.. First off, I don't think you're eating enough protein... well.. :rolleyes:
