Check my Ergo cycle?

I'm 6', 195lbs, prob 10-11% bf, have been lifting seriously for 10 years now, 34 yo, haven't taken any supplements other than protein and multi-vitamin. After much reading, I'm thinking of a 4wk - 4wk PCT - 4wk - 4wk PCT cycle of Ergomax/Prostanazol.

I'll be starting with a 3x/week heavy lift cycle (5x5 or 4x6):
Monday: deads (sumo or stiff legged), db rows, shrugs, bis
Wednesday: squats, leg press, leg ext
Friday: flat, incline, military, close grip
Sat/Sun: abs, maybe bis/tris

Diet is already pretty clean with lots of sweet potatoes, oatmeal, chicken breasts, veggies, cottage cheese, nuts. i take two protein shakes a day now. might up that, or add another small meal, depending on the day.

Throughout the cycle I will be taking:

3g Glutamine (morning/night)
500mg ZMA (night)
1g NAC (morning)
1.2g Red Yeast Rice (morning)
1 Animal Stack multivitamin (lunch)
2g Flax/Fish Oil blend (night)


WEEK 1:
Ergomax 20mg
Prostanazol 75mg

WEEK 2-4:
Ergomax 20mg
Prostanazol 75mg
ATD 50mg

WEEK 5-6: PCT
Nolvadex 3ml (60mg)
ATD 75mg
6-oxo 300mg
Tribulus 190mg
7-OH (Lean Extreme) 150mg (3x50mg)

WEEK 7-8: PCT
Nolvadex 1.5ml (30mg)
ATD 50mg
6-oxo 300mg
Tribulus 190mg
7-OH (Lean Extreme) 150mg (3x50mg)

then repeat wk 1-8.


Would love any feedback good or bad. I'm sure I've screwed something up, or could do it better. Thanks.

also... anyone have good suggestions for a night time / before bed slow absorption protein? i love designer whey, but that stuff i think is fast absorbing...

Cottage cheese, chicken breast, anything whole food. If you have to have a shake instead look for a powder that has mostly casein protien. Sometimes I take a serving of lowfat cottage cheese and a scoop of whey with water put them in a blender and chug it down.
also... anyone have good suggestions for a night time / before bed slow absorption protein? i love designer whey, but that stuff i think is fast absorbing...
