First time epistane + dermatrest

This is my first time with prohormones and prior to this has been SARMs only. I am looking to drop BF% and gain some lean mass if possible.

  • Epistane (10 mg caps #90, but also have 1 g of powder) 30/30/30/40
  • Dermatrest 25 mg AM and PM
  • Support: fish oil, hawthorn berry, joint supplement (glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM), taurine, TUDCA
  • PCT: Nolva 20/20/10/10, El1minate for rebound gyno
Is my cycle dosage and length ok?
How would this do in a stack with MK2866 or LGD or YK?
Should I get Ar1macare Pro or CEL Cycle Assist for support?
Any advice and/or suggestions are appreciated!

It looks pretty good to me brother. I would get the cycle assist.

In my opinion, you could play with the Epi dose and cycle length a little, after you get started, and see how it treats you.

Agree with this but would also say to look at length - 6 weeks would be better imo.

Both cycle assist or arm1care pro are good but do take the extra TUDCA.

Also have a pharma ai on hand (I.e exem) as trest is known for gyno sides.....

Oh yeah...and as Whisky said... Trest can give gyno sides..... And Epi causes rebound gyno after cycle for some.

why would epistane give gyno sides if it lowers estrogen?

You can get gyno symptoms from various mechanisms.
The rebound gyno that some people experience from it is actually caused by its strong anti estrogen ability.

Renew1 is referring to the rebound gyno in pct after you’ve stopped taking the epistane bro......

Trest could cause it on cycle easy enough.

Any which way you want an ai on hand and be willing to use it with that cycle.

I would definitely have an AI on hand. I'm on 60mg trest and I have it dialed in at 18mg exem EOD and even had to add prami at .5mg ED. I'm not running epi with it though.

Yeah, my answer was a little confusing. Editing.

Thank you so much for the responses so far, everyone! When it comes to aromatase inhibitors, how does one decide between anastrozole, exemestane, or letrozole?

Johnny, I edited my comment, because I didn't want to add confusion to this thread, but Epistane will sometimes cause gyno symptoms on cycle. Weird huh?
That's why any time we mess with our hormones, we need to have an AI on hand.

I find exem to be the easiest to adjust. I've used letro as a last ditch effort and it's worked but that was to combat some pretty intense gyno. I don't think you'll need that but you should really read some logs on trest, it's a tricky compound especially for a first cycle.

whiskey are you a fan of the dermatrest? what would you suggest here to combat potential sides?
Look bro, dermatrest was great and I loved it but based on your previous cycles you’ve never ran a proper pct or an ai......trest shuts you down hard and many people struggle to control the estro sides......so yeah it’s a great compound but honestly don’t want to recommend anything to you until you have clomid and/or nolva for pct plus a proper ai (adex or exem) on hand.

Not worth taking risks with this stuff imo

I’m interested in why you even chose Trest without knowing you MUST have an AI on hand, did you even research it? Slow down, do research, get everything you need before touching anything.
