SARMs bridge overlapped with PCT?

I just started PCT (Rise and Swell, Clomid, and Tamox) after a 14 week cycle of test e.
I plan to do a SARMs cycle (mk, s4, and LGD) afterwards until my next test run. But do I need to wait to finish my PCT, or can the SARMs cycle overlap my PCT??

SARMS are suppressive. So, no. You need to pct, take a break for a good while, and then do your sarms cycle.

Ok, thanks. How long of a break would be sufficient between pct and sarms?

Most people suggest this:

length of cycle + pct = time off

That’s usually the minimum. If your pct is four weeks then in this case you should take 18 weeks off.

Personally I think the SERM will overpower the SARM during PCT if SARM dose is moderate-low. That has yet to be proven though so you may want to err on the side of caution

Do you have any suggestions on how to maintain my gains off cycle? I've read about people using hgh precursors and things like that
