Face tightness on nolvadex

Currently on nolvadex and OL super pct after a 6 week epistane cycle. I’m running nolvadex at 20/20/10/10. And it’s my 2nd in. I was at the gym and all the sudden my face got really tight. Like when I would smile and stop it would feel like I’m still smiling. It’s about a hour later and my face still feels really tight. Do you think this is from the nolva or what.

I personally have never gotten this from taking Nolva. Im not saying it cant happen though.

Were you dehydrated? Had u drank enough water before and during the gym?
