I’m about to start my third week of Osta and have been running it at 20mg the first two weeks. Im starting to see nice physique changes: leaning out and fullness, also getting a bit stronger while on a deficit.
So my question is should I stay at 20 and run it for 10 weeks or bump to 25 and get ~7.5 weeks?
