T3 Muti dose?

When taking T3, do I spread out my doasge through the day, or just take it all at once in the AM? And yes, I'm taking Test with it to help with any muscle loss...

I just take 25-50mcg all at once, any more and I take the rest at night

I just take it once a day as well. 50mcg is my preferred.
