Blood pressure issue

So my blood pressure is elevated right now due to my cycle. I usually run around 125-135 over 70-80 and now I'm in the 140s over 80-90. Not horrible but a definite increase. Also Its first thing in the morning! Kinda scared to check it at night hahaha.

My cardiovascular supps are
Fish oil 8 grams
Celery seed extract 150mg
Talvos v2 cycle support
L theanine (but I think this is more for anxiety than blood pressure)

What am I missing? Is there any other natural supplement I can add to help lower my blood pressure?

This stuff makes a legit difference?
I mean it’s definitely an individualistic preference and or bodies reaction you know? Like it may work for you it may not. But with high blood pressure, cardio, diet, alcohol consumption and obviously aas all play a roll in that. So there are many contributing and alleviating factors, try to balance them. Since you’re taking a hormone that increases it just be conscious of everything. But again for me, hawthorn berry helps, along with cardio and diet.

Alright cool man. Right now I'm doing 20mg of dmz and I feel like iron Man. I'm gonna open up my afternoon capsule and separate the powder and only take 5mg instead of 10 totally my daily intake to 15mg rather than 20. I think 15mg will be plenty because on 20 I'm insane strong but also full of anxiety and elevated bp

Yeah I mean that would help too, if you’re dosing too high and your body isn’t responding I’m a healthy way you should def take it down a notch. Health above aesthetics. But throw in some hawthorn berry too.

Made a thread similar to this, got my blood pressure check and mines not as high of you tho I’m running a good amount of gear. So individual thing but someone mentioned to me more water/less sodium. Maby your already drinking a gallon a day but if not I would make that a daily goal. Couldn’t hurt in anyway

I would run cardarine not for blood pressure but for cholesterol. BP and cholesterol has sort of a synergestic effect and since steroids attack both areas you can decrease the damage a lot by controlling cholesterol. Not only that but the energy you get from cardarine will make it easier to do cardio and keep yourself healthy that way, (the more fat you have the more in danger you are). Hawthorne will help but it's not a magic drug. Everything that controls bloodpressure is better then not taking it. I've barely seen a raise in BP personally but I still take things to protect myself.

Garlic extract and Nattokinase.

And calcium channel blockers and cialis if you’re looking at drugs.

hawthorn berry works better than my losartan 100mg. Also, i noticed that doing cardio really helps. if you run one mile before your workout it might help; it did me.

Yes, def keep cardio up!

Two main things you should add:
-Hawthorn Berry
-More cardio than you normally do off-cycle.

For anxiety:
-CBD oil (you can buy it in capsule version but sublingual works quicker)
-Get your mind off whatever is worrying you...shut off all screens. Read a book. Take a long walk. Sit out in the sun. Masturbate.
