Need some help with my stack

This my first topic and question,

So here we go

I purchased my first stack of samrs, never took roids or anything so this will be my first experience with something like this.

I just got my stack of rad 140, yk-11, mk-677, and cycle care

after 4 weeks i'll probably buy the same stack unless you advise me otherwise,

what i wanted to know is how do i use it, current stats are 14%bf, 201lbs, 6,2ft, 30years old en been lifting strong for 7years,

I was wondering how to dose and the timing of intake i should be running this stack

I wake up at 5am, go to sleep at 9.30pm
Eating an 3500 calo's

The rad 140 contains 90 caps of 7mg a cap
Mk-677 contains 90 caps of 10mg a cap
Yk-11 contains 90 caps 4mg a cap

On Cycle care products i use 2 different en will be also stacking them
Timing will be crucial too?

Got an Ai supp with me on hand and nolva for after my 8 week cycle

Thinking about take 2 caps of each bottle when i wake up with breakfast

3hours later taking my cycle care 2 caps from focussed nutrition

12 hours after taking my first dose probably taking 1 cap of each, so would be tottaling 3 caps each every day

3hours after taking my second dose i'll take my second detox product namend detox one from xxl nutrition
