6months of dieting - bloodwork - thinking about going on a cycle. Help and opinions!?

Hey Lads,

Short background:
I am 28 years old (178cm and current lowest and drained=waterless weight is about 73.6kg - Fat percentage is about 10-12%). And I have been training 4 years.

I have been on a keto diet with occasional refeed days for 6 months now. I have lost about 17kilos of weight and currently my calories are quite low (1500-1700). I did my bloodworks yesterday and got results back today and for me they do not look so good. Allthough the fact is I guess that this kind of diet that I have done will plummit your test levels + also 0carbs wont help there either.

So the results:
Hormone - my level - reference value
SHBG - 43 (nmol/l) - 15-95
Total testosterone - 17.2 (nmol/l) - 8.0-29.0
Free Testosterone - 242 (pmol/l) - 155-800

Alanine aminotransferase - 28 (U/l) - <50
Luteinizing hormone - 3.79 (IU/l) - 1.50-9.30
Prolactin - 118 (mIU/l) - 53-360
Free T4 - 18.33 (pmol/l) - 10-21
thyrotropin - 0.99 (mIU/l) - 0.40-4.00


So as we can see the Total test is quite good? But free test is kinda low and surprise surprise SHBG is high, which goes kinda hand to hand with the free test being low. All though all the values are within reference but still. I am not so afraid about this because the fact is that I have been on a strict diet so, I guess these values are still quite ok considering that fact?

Ok but here comes my question:
I am thinking to get out of keto after next week and jump into low fat, high carb, high prot diet. Slowly adding up the calories and carbs and I am trying to keep myself kinda lean in the future..no more piggie bulks for me. And I am also thinking to start a cycle and that is now the biggest point here. Should I even consider the cycle and are the compounds I am thinking really bad to even consider at this point.

I see the benefit of being in hypercompensation mode being a big plus. Basically when you start training really hard and eating carbs after a diet, that is the best time to build muscle... so why not jump into a cycle also? But now the compounds I am thinking, are also suppressive...so what should I do?

Cycle would look like this:
Week1: 5mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA)
Week2: 5mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA)
Week3: 5mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA) + 250mg EPIAndrosterone (OL Sup3r Epi)
Week4: 10mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA) + 500mg EPIAndrosterone (OL Sup3r Epi)
Week5: 10mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA) + 500mg EPIAndrosterone (OL Sup3r Epi)
Week6: 15mg/OL LGD 4033 + 200mg DHEA (OL Sup3r DHEA) + 750mg EPIAndrosterone (OL Sup3r Epi)

PCT from Nolva and Clomid + possible additions. And second of all I have normally done cycles from low to max doses and this would be following low-high-low, any comments to this either? Also LGD is really suppressive, so should I ditch LGD and run just DHEA compounds?

Tapering down on epi/most ph's, is a waste. Run it full blast once tapered up until its out.

I think u should drop the DHEA
and double your epi dose
