A general rule of thumb and to be safe is time on = time off; maybe more for longer or heavier cycles. Some guys do not follow this rule, but IMO it is the safe and wise thing to do at the very least. My current cycle is 15 weeks long, and then 4 for PCT. I will wait 21 weeks at the very minimum before another cycle.
