Probably get two days out of this. Deer, rice, kidney beans. I also do eggs, oatmeal, chicken, whole milk, and fish. Try to get 6 meals a day..with 500 coming from protein. No shakes..just food. Before that hate spills in...not a body builder..power lifter..so I'm not super focused on numbers. Probably 6 to 7k in calories a day.
