Eq increasing red blood cells

Been kicking around the idea of running eq during my next cycle. 600mg week for 15 weeks. Anyone donate blood during their cycle of eq? Is it a necessity? How will I know if I need to do so?

i doubt you'll need to do so at only 600mg. you stacking? if so with what?

Simple check is to get bloodwork CBC panel. Hematocrit levels above 53 and it’s time for blood donation.

Was thinking around 500mg of test e. Maybe throwing in some mast and Anavar towards the end. Gonna be dieting and adding cadio in throughout this cycle as well as more bodybuilding Hypertrophy work to shed a few pounds for my upcoming beach wedding in October. Not gonna add the mast till I’m a little leaner tho. If I even decide to add it.
